Memo: Covid-19 Training (212 Dental Care – CHI) URGENT

Hi Staff!

I am proud to announce that we will start training next week in preparation for treating patients starting Monday, June 15th! Please read below for more information.

• On Wednesday, June 10th at 2:00PM CST,  we will hold a Zoom Meeting to update our staff on all the new covid-19 procedures we have put in place.

    •  Please make sure to register in advance for this meeting.
• On Thursday, June 11th at 10:00AM CST, we will hold our first in person training session.
• On Friday, June 12th at 10:00AM CST, we will hold our last in person training session with Dr. Skidmore.

The in person training sessions will be at the dental office: 105 West Madison Street, 3rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60602. Please note: The Building will NOT grant you access unless you are wearing a mask. Please make arrangements to have one. 

It is mandatory for all employees to attend these training sessions. If you do not attend, it will affect your ability to rejoin the practice.
