212 Dental Care is providing FREE dental services for those in need! Through our “Project Smile” charitable program, we are selecting two (2) candidates per month to receive FREE Dental Services at our practice in Midtown Manhattan. If you or anyone you know is in need of dental services, but cannot afford it, then please submit your application below for consideration.
