– Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
– If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
– Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.
PAYMENT & INSURANCE
– We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance.
– Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
– Insurance claims are submitted as a courtesy, but patients are responsible for any unpaid balances.
